Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At ABES E-COM LLP, we operate multiple consumer brands and programs. This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store at abesecom.com and any associated brand stores operated by ABES E-COM LLP.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Consumable products that have been opened or used, including supplements, food products, and wellness items.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or access credentials.
  • Application processing fees, including Creator House application fee — ₹399.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email hello@abesecom.com with subject line: Return Request — [Order ID].
  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different variant, such as size or flavour, subject to availability. Raise an exchange request via email with your order details.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation terms are specified at the time of subscription.

5. Application and Processing Fees

Certain programs operated by ABES E-COM LLP, including the Creator House Residency Program, charge a non-refundable application processing fee. This fee covers application review and processing only and does not constitute a guarantee of selection, employment, or participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, copy, design, and systems on ABES E-COM LLP platforms are the intellectual property of ABES E-COM LLP. No content may be reproduced without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ABES E-COM LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is available for select products — please contact us to confirm availability for your location.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 may attract a shipping charge as displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@abesecom.com with your order ID and photos where applicable. We will initiate an investigation and resolve within 5–7 business days.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or non-availability at the delivery address, re-delivery charges may apply. ABES E-COM LLP is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
